Do you ever get chocolate cravings? I do! But there’s such a difference between chocolate and chocolate. I wanted to find a chocolaty treat that not only satisfies the urge but also is loaded with nutritional properties. So, I went on a digital hunt for inspiring recipes when I found “Cecilias avokadochoklad”, which hit the mark! These avocado chocolate balls settle the desire for chocolate and are packed with vitamins, minerals and good fats (from the chocolate and avocado) making it a healthy sweet.
Ingredients (all organic)
100g chocolate bar (dark, vegan and sugar free)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1,krm vanilla powder
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Begin by melting the chocolate bar. Mash the avocado and blend it with the cacao powder, vanilla powder and melted choklad until it’s a smooth mixture before placing in a refrigerator. Take out the avocado chocolate after 45-60 minutes, roll into balls and cover with the coconut flakes. Easy, delicious and a boost for the body!
